Know your Celtic Cuisine

We know these delicious Irish Sausages made of ground pork, bread, eggs and seasoning in a nautral pork casing. Called bangers by the rest of the world, oddly enough, these aren’t called bangers by Irish people nor anyone in Ireland.

Perhaps one of the most famous of all Celtic drinks, Guinness is an Irish dry stout created by Mr. Arthur Guinness of Dublin, Ireland in 1759. Today it is one of the most successful beer brands in the world. It is brewed in almost 60 countries and available in over 100. Over 850 million litres are sold annually.
